We have a seven-hectare site that includes:
Reception of raw material trucks. Unloading and cleaning of raw materials. Storage of pre-production and stockpiled raw materials. Boiler. Production. Drying of finished products. Storage and loading of finished products. Workshop and maintenance of plant and/or trucks. Laboratory. Administration.
WHAT IS DEACTIVATED SOY?
It is a process of denaturing FAs, which are characterized by being thermolabile, by applying heat in the form of steam at an appropriate time and temperature ratio, without altering the structure of the grain.
This produces deactivated soybeans, a product with minimal residual antinutritional factors, optimal protein quality, and oil availability.
We care for the environment by using highly efficient heating systems with minimal energy consumption, paying attention to the carbon footprint during the deactivated soybean production process.
